| The
excitement of following Jesus is just as real and
vital today as it was 2,000 years ago. But too often
in today's world, that excitement and vitality is
drowned out by the noise, confusion and hustle around
us (Luke 8:11-15).
We
don't propose to have a magic elixir for all that
ails the world, but we do realize, and practice, the
need to stop and reflect on the marvelous things Jesus
has done and is still doing today.
That's
why we have small groups and activities at the Vineyard.
The 2nd stem to our vision is to TRAIN 'EM
UP and our goal is to proovide you with opportunities
to deepen your relationships with God and with others:
Jacob's
Generation (varies) -
Youth kinship (6th to 12th graders) with planned activities
from youth camp, weekly gatherings and special event
outings.
Doin'
Life @ 7pm - Open to all, this kinship
meets every other Tuesday in the Crafton area. Led
by Pat & Von Malone.
Train
'em Up Christian class @ 7pm
- Learn to share your faith in a fresh and fun way!
Led by Pat Malone.
Northside
@ 7pm -
Another open to all, this kinship meets every other
Tuesday in the Brighton Heights area. Led by Dan &
Doris Cush.
Alpha
(varies) - Scheduled periodically, Alpha
covers the basics of Christianity in a relaxed setting.
Potluck dinner and group discussion is offered. Dan
Cush is the coordinator.
Men's
@ 7:30pm -
Monthly gathering that includes breakfast the 1st
Saturday of the month and gatherings every 3rd Thursday.
Young
Adult (varies) -
This dynamic 20-something group meets twice a month
for fun and fellowship.
Women's
-
Weekly meetings during Train 'em Up classes (Wednesdays)
and a study entitled "Bible Study a la Carte"
(Thursdays). Noreen Adams coordinates special gathering
of women.
